My passion is helping clients achieve beautiful, healthy hair through intentional care, education, and styles that prioritize the long-term integrity of the hair. Whether you're beginning your loc journey, maintaining established locs, or wearing protective styles, my goal is to provide more than just a service. I believe every appointment should leave you feeling confident, empowered, and better informed about your hair than when you arrived. Healthy hair is at the foundation of everything I do. Cancellation Policy
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service total.
Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without communication (no-call, no-show) will also be charged 30% of the scheduled service total.
Please notify me if you are running late.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service modified, shortened, or rescheduled depending on the service booked and the remaining schedule for the day.
Arriving late does not guarantee the full service can still be completed.
Any deposit previously paid will be applied toward applicable fees but remains non-refundable.
Repeated cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, or excessive tardiness may result in restricted booking privileges or require prepayment for future appointments.
